FEARGUS BRYAN – Director Watermark Yacht Management

Feargus has spent 37 years in the marine field. He started out on large sailing ships before spending a period as deck officer and captain on various commercial vessels. He joined the yachting community early on and served as officer and captain on several prestigious yachts. He moved ashore to concentrate on yacht design and refit/build management and has technically managed multiple design, refit and construction projects all over the world ranging from 30-99 meters.

KEN HICKLING – Director sherps63

After 25 years working for leading materials suppliers –  SP Systems (now Gurit) and both Awlgrip and International Paints (AkzoNobel) – Ken has been working as an independent business advisor to clients in the Superyacht Industry. This spans across the fields or paint application and survey, crew services, ISM, component manufacture, and professional services.  Alongside this paid work Ken is the BSI representative to the ISO committee for Large Yachts and is Vice-Chair of Superyacht UK as well as a founding Trustee of the Superyacht Charities Foundation (SYC).  Since 1998 Ken has been a board member of the ISS serving as Treasurer, Vice-President and President and was recently awarded Emeritus membership of the board.  Ken believes passionately that people, both within our companies and the customers that we serve, are the core element to focus on when ever we want to drive improvement.

Malcolm Jacotine – Master Mariner & owner of Three Sixty Marine

A Master Mariner with an engineering, computing and business background who has been involved in the superyacht industry since 1989.  He has been fortunate to serve on yachts such as ECO, Lady Marina, Equanimity, Katara, Eclipse, Serene and Aviva (98). His experience encompasses all aspects of yacht operation, management, new build and refit

JOHN LEONIDA – Consulting Superyacht Industry

A former lawyer and senior equity partner at international law firm Clyde & Co where he headed their superyacht group for many years, John has spent more than 20 years advising the owners and builders of some of the world’s most luxurious superyachts not only on matters of law but also on commercial and industrial strategy.  In each of the five years up to 2020 Chambers HNW Guide to The World’s Leading High Net Worth Advisers ranked John in the top division of only four global Superyacht lawyers.  He has been described as a “very good negotiator” and “very precise and thorough in his work”.  One industry insider described him as having an “encyclopaedic knowledge of the sector”.  John now brings that encyclopaedic knowledge to LP Squared. He occasionally writes commentary for Boat International and The Superyacht Report and is a regular contributor to superyacht symposia.  John also served for three award cycles as a Judge for the Boat International Design and Innovation Awards. He also a cultural historian currently working on a Superyacht history PhD at the University of Greenwich.

ALBERTO PERRONE - Sales Director Yacht Refit Luerssen

In May 2014 Alberto Perrone Da Zara joined the Lürssen Team as a Sales Director of yacht refit.
A trained naval architect, Alberto has spent two years as Sales Director for Benetti Yachts in Italy and before that worked for important companies such as the Ferretti Group, Vicem in Turkey  and Magnum Marine to name but a few.  In his pre-MY life, Alberto was fully devoted to sailing with Alan Andrews in California on sleds and Whitbread.  During the past 29 years, Alberto has gained extensive experience ranging from engineering, design, construction, sales, marketing and customer service.
